Description
This quick guide outlines the steps required to add a templated note to an existing patient note in Curve Hero.
Steps
- In the Sidekick, locate the patient.
Within the Sidekick, click Notes.
In the Notes dialog box, right-click the applicable note, then select Add Templated Note from the drop-down list.
The Templated Note dialog box opens and the note will display in the templated note editor.
Templates are stored in folders. To open a category, click the applicable template folder.
The folder expands to show all contained templates. To open one, click the applicable template name.
The selected template will display in the templated note editor.
Input the applicable information into the template fields.
Click the Checkmark icon to close the editor and prepare the data for saving.
Note: Required questions must be answered to proceed. Unanswered required fields (marked with a red asterisk) will be highlighted in red upon clicking the checkmark.
The templated data is added to the editor and will display below any existing note text.
Click the Save button.
The note is saved and returns you to the Notes dialog box. To view details, click the note row.
The full note details will now be visible.
