Description
This quick guide outlines the steps required to add a templated note to a existing patient note in Curve Hero.
Steps
1. In the Sidekick, Locate the patient.
2. Within the Sidekick, click Notes.
3. In the Notes dialog box, Right-click the applicable note, then in the drop-down list, click Add Templated Note.
4. The Templated dialog box opens and the note will display in the templated note editor.
5.Templated are stored in the templates folders. To open a template folders, click the applicable template folder.
6. The template folder opens and all of the templates contained in the template folder will display. To Open a template, click the applicable template.
7. The Template will display in the templated note editor.
8. Input the applicable information in the templated note editor.
9. Click The Checkmark icon to close the templated note editor and continue to save all of the inputted data. The data will not be saved to the note until the Save button is clicked in the templated Note dialog box. (refer to step 11 below for more information).
Note: If a required question is not answered, the question will be highlighted in red when the Checkmark icon is clicked. In order to close the templated note editor and continue to save the data, all required questions must be answered,. Note that a required question will include a red asterisk at the end of the question.
10. The templated note is added to the templated note editor and will display below the existing note.
11. Click the Save Button
12. the note is saved and will display in the Notes dialog box. To view the note details, Click the note.
13. The Note details will display in the Notes dialog box.
