This quick guide demonstrates how to print a single note, a category of notes, or all the patient notes.

Section 1 - Printing Notes from the Sidekick
With the correct patient pulled up in the Sidekick, click the arrow next to Notes.
The Notes Display for whatever Module is currently open in the main curve page.
Printing a Single Note is done the the Notes Menu. Right Click on the intended notes to be printed to bring up the Notes Menu.
Click Print Note to Print this single note
The Note Displays in a New Tab as it will be Printed. Click the Printer Icon to Print the Note.
Print a Category of notes by sorting the Note Tags in the Sidekick. With Notes expanded click the Category or Categories.
This brings up the Note Tags list. The Current Categories are Highlighted. Click to unselect them. Click the Desired Categories to be Printed.
- When Finished, Click back into the Notes Section of the Sidekick to Close the Note tags list.
The Notes tagged with the Selected Categories or Note Tags Display in the Sidekick. To Print all the Notes in the Selected Categories, Click Print Notes.
- The Notes to Print display in another tab. Click the Printer Icon to print the page(s).
All of the Patient's Notes can be Printed from the Sidekick. With Notes expanded, click the Selected Categories.
The Note Tags list opens. At the top, Click All.
- Click elsewhere on the screen to close the notes tag list.
All the Current Patient Notes display in the Sidekick. To print all, Click Print Notes.
- The Notes to Print Open in another Tab. Click the Printer Icon to Print the Pages.
Section 2 - Printing Notes from the Notes Module
Notes can also be Printed from the Notes Module. With the Correct Patient pulled up in the Sidekick, Click Notes.
The Notes Module opens. All the Actions available from the Notes Section of the Sidekick are also available in the Notes Module.
To Print an Individual Note, Right Click any Note to bring up the Notes Menu. Click Print.
The Patient's Notes Display in the Notes Module according to what Note Tag or Tags are selected. To Print a Category of Notes, Click All.
- The Note Tags list opens. Select the desired category or categories, and click elsewhere in the Note Pad to close the list.
The Notes that Display have sorted to the selected Category or Categories. To Print all the notes in the selected Category, Click Print Notes.
