This quick guide provides an overview of the LocalMed integration with Curve Hero.
About
LocalMed enables patients to schedule online appointments. When integrated with Curve Hero, all appointments scheduled through LocalMed will automatically appear in Curve Hero.

Steps
Section 1 - Viewing and Verifying Appointments Created Through LocalMed in the Scheduler

When an appointment is created through LocalMed, the Scheduler in Curve Hero displays these appointments with a dashed border.

To verify the appointment, right-click the applicable appointment, then in the drop-down list, click Verify Online Booking.
Note: After the appointment is verified, the dashed border is converted to a solid border. To undo the action, right-click and select Unverify Online Booking.
Section 2 - Using the Appointment Summary to Determine if an Appointment Was Booked Online

In the Scheduler, click an Appointment to view the Appointment Summary. If the appointment was booked through LocalMed, the phrase Booked Online will display.
Section 3 - Viewing Appointments Created Through LocalMed in the SnapShot Report

If an appointment was booked through LocalMed, the SnapShot report will include a dashed border around the appointment status circle.

When an appointment is booked for a patient who does not have an account, the New Patient column will display the Created Online badge.
Section 4 - Creating a Report Which Includes Appointments Booked Through LocalMed
- In the Sidekick, click the More menu, then click Reports.

In the Reports module, click the Create a New Report button.

In the columns list, ensure you select Appt. Created By and Online Booking?.
- After generating the report, appointments booked through LocalMed will show LocalMed in the Appt. Created By column and True in the Online Booking? column.
Section 5 - Filtering Reports to Display Appointments Booked Through LocalMed
Note: To filter reports, the Appt. Created By and Online Booking? columns must be included in the report.
- In the Filters menu, click Add a Filter.

Select the column Appt. Created By and enter LocalMed in the filter field.
- Click Apply Filters. The report will now only display online bookings.
