Description
This quick guide outlines the steps required to add a fee guide.
- In the Sidekick, click the More menu, then click Administration within the drop-down list.
- In the Administration menu, within the Fee guides drop-down list, click Add fee guide.
- The Add Fee Guide module is displayed.
- In the Add Fee Guide module, click the Enter Fee Guide Name field.
- In the Enter Fee Guide Name field, enter the fee guide name.
- Click the Select Stock Fee Guide drop-down menu, then in the drop-down list, click the ADA Codes.
- Click the Add button.
- A message indicating that the fee guide was created is displayed.
- The fee guide will display in the Fee Guide module and is also added to the Fee guides drop-down list.
Note: Canadian users must first select a Province in the Select Location drop-down menu before a stock fee can be selected. The screenshot displayed below was captured from an U.S. version of Curve Hero and therefore does not include the Select Location drop-down menu.
Special Notice for residents of British Columbia: If Licensee is a user of the BCDA Suggested Fee Guide for Treatment Services Provided by General Practitioners and to Patients Requiring Out of Office Care; the BCDA Suggested Fee Guide for Specialists in Periodontics; the BCDA Suggested Fee Guide for specialists in Pediatrics and access is being provided to any of those publications, those publications are included in the Curve Hero Software and the copyright therein is owned by the BCDA and may be used solely in conjunction with the Curve Hero Software under license from the British Columbia Dental Association.
Special Notice for residents of Nova Scotia: If Licensee is a user of the NSDA Suggested Fee Guide, it is owned by the Nova Scotia Dental Association and may be used solely in conjunction with the Curve Hero software under licence from the Nova Scotia Dental Association.
