Description
This quick guide outlines the creation of note templates.
Steps
- In Curve Hero, click the Application switcher drop-down menu, then click Forms within the drop-down list.

[image of the templates section, the category drop downs are in a box] - To begin the process of adding a template, preform one of the following options in the Templates section:
i. Click the Add Template button.

ii. Within the applicable template category row, click the More Options menu, then click Add Template to Category from the drop-down list.

[image of the template name field in a box "Calculus level" is in the field] - To update which template category the template will be saved in, click the Category drop-down menu.

[Image of the category drop down expanded, all options are in a box together.] - If required, the color of all the text in the template can be set to a specific color. The default color of the text is set to black. To update the text color, begin by clicking the Select Color drop-down menu.

[image of the color picker from the drop down menu] - Question(s) can now be added to the template. There are two options available when adding question(s) to a template:
Option 1 - Tool Box
- The Tool Box category contains a list of items that can be used to build the questions and answers that will be included in a template. The questions and answers included in a template will automatically display in the Templated Note dialog box within curve hero.
Option 2 - Question Categories
- Questions that were previously saved to a question category in the Questions section can be added to a template
[image of the left side of the screen, tool box is in a box. and then all other categories are in a box, they are "Health habits" "Recare appointment" and "Diagnostic"] - To add a question or item to the template, begin by clicking either the Tool Box header or one of the question category headers, then locate either an item in the Tool Box list or a question in the question category list. To search for a specific item or question, use the search field.

- After the item/question has been located, drag and drop the item/question into the Template Builder.

If required, the item/question can be edited.
[Image of the new question in a box] - To add additional items/questions to the template, repeat 14 to 16 above.
[The template now has a second different question in a box] - after all the items/questions have been added to the template, click the Save button to save all data and close the Add Templates section.
