This quick guide will introduce users on how to access and view a patient's routing slip inside Curve Hero.

Steps

To add a new routing slip template, click Add Routing Slip.

Click inside the name box and type in a name for the new routing slip template.

Click inside the Clinic(s) box.

A dropdown of clinics will appear. Click inside the gray checkmark boxes to select which clinics will be assigned to this routing slip.

It may be helpful to begin by first adding Summary Sections to organize and build the routing slip template. Click Summary Sections.

Click, hold, and drag desired sections into the routing slip template builder section.

The selected section will appear in the routing slip template builder section.

Continue to drag and drop desired sections until all desired input fields for the routing slip have been added to the template builder.

When finished, click Save.
