Steps
Section 1 - Overview of Editing Functionalities within Routing Slip Templates

To view available editing functions of a routing slip template, click the more options menu (three dots).

A dropdown menu will appear with the options to edit, preview, duplicate, assign clinics, deactivate, and delete.

To edit an existing template, click Edit.

The Edit Routing Slip Templates page will appear.

To duplicate an existing template, click Duplicate. This allows you to create a new version without starting from scratch.

To assign certain clinics to a template, click Assign Clinic(s).

- Note: A clinic can have only one assigned routing slip, but a routing slip can have multiple clinics assigned.

To deactivate a routing slip, click Deactivate. Deactivated templates remain in the system but cannot be used until reactivated.

Section 2 - Editing and Customizing an Existing Routing Slip Template

Click Edit from the more options menu to open the customization interface.

The Editing page allows you to modify the Name and the Clinic(s) assigned to the template.

The column on the left contains expandable sections (categorized fields) that you can drag and drop into the template.

Tool Box: This category contains field elements like columns, tables, and text boxes to build custom sections.

To modify a section already in the template, hover over it and click the pencil icon to edit or the trash can icon to remove it.

Use the Search field(s) box as a shortcut to find specific data points (e.g., "Household").

Click Save when finished to apply your changes.
