This quick guide outlines how to group data, reorder columns, and sort column data in a custom report.

Section 1 - Opening a Report

In the Sidekick, click the More menu, then click Reports.

In the Select Report menu, click the applicable report Category, then click the specific Report name.

The report is now displayed in the Reports module.
Section 2 - Grouping the Data in a Report

Grouping data organizes the report according to a specific column. To group data, right-click the applicable column title, then click Group By.

The report data is now organized according to the selected column.

To revert the view, right-click the grouped column title and click Ungroup.
Section 3 - Reordering the Columns in a Report

To rearrange columns, right-click the report header row and click Reorder Columns.

The Reorder Columns dialog box is displayed.

Drag and drop the column names to the required position.

Click the Reorder button to apply the new layout.

The report displays with the updated column arrangement.
