Description
This report will help you find all patients that have a specific insurance plan, patients that have a specific insurance carrier, or even what plans are connected to a specific carrier.
Steps
- Click the More Menu icon (the 3 horizontal lines above the Sidekick).
Click Reports.
Report categories are listed on the left side of the screen. Click Insurance Reports.
Click Insurance Plan Report. A new tab will open with filter options.
With the first filter, you can choose a specific insurance carrier:
- Click All Insurance Carriers to bring up the search field.
- Type in the carrier name and select the desired results.
- You can select specific insurance plans (typically the employer or plan name):
- Click All Insurance Plans.
- Note: If a carrier was selected, the plan list is restricted to that carrier.
Filter by coverage status (Active, Inactive, or both):
- Active: Start date set; end date empty or in the future.
- Inactive: End date has passed.
Click Run Report to create the results.
To print the report, click Print in the upper right corner.
On the new screen, right-click, then click Print.
To export as a CSV file (for Excel or Google Sheets), click Export to CSV.
Click to open the file in the web browser's Downloads area
