Description:
This quick guide provides an overview of the Note Templates section in Curve Forms.
About:
The primary function of the Note Templates section is to build questions and templates. After a question and template are created in the Note Templates section, they can be accessed in The Notes module within Curve Hero.
Steps:
There are two sections within the Note Templates module:
Questions: The Questions section is used to create questions which can then be added to a template in Curve Hero. Questions are created by dragging predefined items (e.g., checkbox, text box, yes/no) into the Question Builder. After a question has been created, it can be used on multiple forms. Question categories can also be created in the Questions section to make it easier to locate and organize all saved questions.
- Templates: The Templates section is used to build customized templates. After a template is saved, it can be accessed in the Notes module within Curve Hero. The primary benefit of using templates is that it will expedite the process to create specific notes in Curve Hero. Template categories can also be created in the Templates section which provides the ability to organize templates as required.
Note: As there is no requirement to create a question, a template can be created without building a question. It is however recommended to create questions that can be reused on multiple templates or that may be cumbersome to create in Curve Hero.
