This is usually the fastest method to fix the issue. 

  1. Left click on the '3 Horizontal Lines' in the upper right corner of Chrome.
  2. Left click on 'Tools'.
  3. Left click on 'Clear Browsing Data'.

  4. Check the box for 'Empty the cache' and 'Delete cookies and other site plug-in data', then uncheck all other boxes.
  5. In the area 'Obliterate the following items from', left click on the box and choose 'everything' or 'The Beginning of Time'.
  6. Left click on 'Clear Browsing Data'. The dialog box will close when it completes.
  7. Completely close any Google Chrome windows.
  8. Open Chrome again, and log back into Curve Hero.

If this does not correct the issue, you may have an extension that is interfering with the normal operation of Curve Hero. Do the following to disable or remove them:

  1. Left click on the '3 Horizontal Lines' in the upper right corner of Chrome.
  2. Left click on 'Tools'.
  3. Left click on 'Extensions'.
  4. This should get you to a page with extensions. Any extensions that are not branded either as a Google, or Curve extension should be disabled or removed. If you are unsure what an extension does, only disable it, so that it may be re-enabled later if needed.
    • You can disable an extension by un-checking the "Enabled" box.
    • You can remove an extension by left clicking the trash can icon to the right of the "Enabled" box.
  5. After doing this, close any browser windows that are open.
  6. Wait a few seconds and then open Google Chrome and log into your database, the issue should no be resolved.
