Description
This quick guide demonstrates how to set up two-factor authentication as a push notification for iPrescribe.
About
iPrescribe is the app that can be used for managing and sending electronic prescriptions. An office must have Rcopia to have access to iPrescribe. The two-factor authentication generates a push notification, which will replace the need to enter a six digit one time pin.
Note:
The EPCS onboarding process and Rcopia authentication must be completed prior to setting up iPrescribe two-factor authentication. Additionally, the provider that will be set up for two-factor authentication must be verified as a provider in Rcopia. At least one token must be authenticated to proceed with this setup.
The following sections are covered in this quick guide:
- Section 1 - Accessing Notifications in Rcopia
- Section 2 - iPrescribe Token Management if Username and Password Are Not Known
- Section 3 - Logging into iPrescribe
- Section 4 - Completing the Authentication Setup
