A Section Header, Text Block, and Text Box can be added to a question in Curve Forms. After the question is added to a template in Curve Forms, the question can be opened in a templated note within Curve Hero.

Steps:
Section 1 - Opening the Questions Section in Curve Forms and Adding a Question
- Open the quick guide, Adding a Question in Curve Forms, and follow the steps in Sections 1 and 2. For adding a question, complete steps 1 to 5 in Section 3.
Section 2 - Adding a Section Header to a Question
- In Curve Forms, within the applicable question, drag and drop the Section Header into the Question Builder.
- The Section Header will display in the Question Builder.
- Hover the cursor over the Section Header to display the settings menu, then click the Edit icon.
- In the Component dialog box, within the Label field, enter the updated Section Header.
Note: The Preview pane will display changes in real-time.
- Click the OK button.
- The updated Section Header will display.
Section 3 - Adding a Text Block to a Question
- To add a Text Block to a Section Header, drag and drop the Text Block into the Section Header component field.
- The Text Block will display in the Section Header field.
- Hover over the Text Block and click the Edit icon.
- In the Component dialog box, enter a name for the Text Block.
- In the editor field, enter the Text Block details.
- Click OK.
- The updated Text Block will display.
Section 4 - Adding a Text Box to a Question
- Drag and drop the Text Box into the Section Header component field.
- The Text Box will display in the Section Header field.
- Hover over the Text Box and click the Edit icon.
- In the Component dialog box, enter a name for the Text Box.

Click OK.
- The updated Text Box label will display.
Section 5 - Saving the Question
- Click the Save button.
- The Questions section will open and the question will be saved.
Section 6 - Adding the Question to a Templated Note in Curve Hero
- Once added to a template, the question can be opened in a note.
- In the Text Box field, enter the required information.
- Click the checkmark icon to close the editor.
- The note details will display in the dialog box.
- Click Save to close the dialog box.
