Description
This quick guide provides an overview of each charting condition included in the Charting module. Also included are the steps required to add and delete conditions, as well as how to create and delete a condition label.
Charting conditions were designed to add specific conditions to a tooth. Staff members can quickly obtain a summary of the overall oral health of a patient by viewing the charting conditions and labels that were previously added to the teeth in the odontogram.
About
Most of the features outlined in this quick guide can only be accessed by users that have the Chart permission enabled. Also note that when an action is performed in the Condition section, the action will be stored in the Audit Trail. This includes the patient's first name and last name, as well as the event (examples of an event include creating a condition, editing a condition, and moving a condition label).
