This quick guide provides an overview of the Report module in Curve Insights.
About
Using Curve Insights, dashboards and reports can be created to understand the health of a dental practice.
Note
In order to access Curve Insights, the user must be assigned to a role in Curve Hero which contains the appropriate permissions. For more information about Curve Insights permissions, refer to the quick guide, Understanding Curve Hero and Curve GRO Access Permissions.
Steps
There are six primary areas in the Report module within Curve Insights:
- Find Report: Search for a report in the Find Report search field. For more information, refer to the quick guide, Searching for a Report in Curve Insights.
- Practice: The Practice drop-down menu provides the option to filter the reports according to one or more practice's. Note that the Practice drop-down menu will only display for multi-practice databases.
- Type: The Type drop-down menu provides the option to display the report(s) that are associated with a specific report type. Note that although there are currently 13 report types that can be selected in the Type drop-down menu, only a portion of these reports will be available during the beta release.
- Category: The Category drop-down menu provides the option to display the report(s) that are associated with a specific report category. There are currently four report categories: Clinical, Finance, Insurance, and Scheduling. Note that only a portion of these report categories will be available during the beta release.
- Add Report: Enables users to create a new report. For more information, refer to the quick guide, Adding a Report in Curve Insights.
- Report list: Displays a list of the reports according to the filters selected. The reports displayed in this list can be viewed, edited, and deleted using the options included in the More Options menu.
