Steps
Section 1 - Accessing and Viewing a Patient’s Routing Slip From Patient Appointment

To access a patient’s routing slip from their scheduled appointment, right-click the patient’s appointment.

An appointment dropdown menu will appear. Click View Routing Slip.

The patient’s routing slip will open.
Section 2 - Accessing and Viewing a Patient’s Routing Slip From SnapShot

From Curve Hero, click the SnapShot tab at the top of the appointment page.

Use the scroll bar at the bottom of the SnapShot page to scroll right and view the Routing Slip column.

Click the desired patient’s routing slip icon.

The patient’s routing slip will appear.
Section 3 - Accessing and Viewing a Patient’s Routing Slip From Appointment Sidekick

To access a patient’s routing slip from the appointment Sidekick, click the dropdown arrow next to Appointments.

Click Future Appointments to see upcoming visits.

To view a routing slip for the current day or past, select Past Appointments from the list.
Note: To view a routing slip for a future appointment, keep the Future Appointments selection.

Click the routing slip icon next to the appointment date.

The patient’s routing slip will appear.
