Description
This quick guide outlines the steps required to check in an appointment as well as how to undo the check in appointment process.
Steps

Section 1 - Checking In an Appointment
- In the Scheduler, locate the appointment that will be checked in.

Right-click the appointment, then click Check In from the drop-down list.

The status is now set to Check In. The color of the appointment status bar will update according to your clinic's settings.

To verify, hover your cursor over the appointment. The Appointment Summary will display the current status.
Section 2 - Undoing an Appointment Check In
- In the Scheduler, locate the checked-in appointment.

Right-click the appointment and click Undo Check In.

The status will revert to No Confirmation (or your default status), and the color bar will update accordingly.

Hover over the appointment to confirm the summary now reflects the reset status.
