This quick guide outlines the features included in the Layout Manager.

In the Appointments module, click the Layouts menu.

In the Layouts drop-down list, there are two primary sections:
Section I - Scheduler Options
There are three primary Scheduler options available:

Print: Click to print the active layout in the Scheduler.
Link: Printing a Schedule

Production: Click to display the sum total of production for the visible appointments in the current view.

Privacy: Use this to hide sensitive information from the schedule view (crucial for public-facing screens).

Section II - Layout Options
The following layout management tools are available:

Searching: Enter a name in the Search Layouts field to locate a specific view.

Making a Layout Active: Click the layout name to activate it. Active layouts remain highlighted in blue.

Creating: Click Add Layout to build a custom arrangement of operatories.

Editing: Click Edit and make active to modify an existing arrangement.

Renaming: Hover over a layout and click the Rename icon to update the label.

Duplicating: Click the Duplicate and make active icon. This is recommended for modifying Default Layouts.

Deleting: Click Delete to remove a custom layout. Note that Default Layouts cannot be deleted.
