Section 1 - Opening Curve GRO

In Curve Hero, click the Application switcher drop-down menu, then click GRO.

Curve GRO opens in a new browser tab.

Section 2 - Accessing the Templates Section

In the Sidebar menu, click Templates.

The Templates section is displayed, including all clinic email and text message templates.

Section 3 - Adding the Forms Email Template

Click the Add Template drop-down button and select Email.

The Add Email Template section is displayed. The Campaign Type defaults to Reminder.

Enter a Name and Subject for the email template. Both fields are required.

To customize the subject or body with patient-specific data, click the Insert variable drop-down menu and select a variable (e.g., {PatientFirstName}).

In the template body, insert the {PatientForms} variable to include the unique link to the patient's forms.

Ensure you include a manual greeting and sign-off in the body, as the variable only provides the form link.

Click Preview to see how the email will appear to patients. The preview includes the Log Me In link for form access.

Click Save to store the template in your library.
