Description
This quick guide demonstrates how the recare system works in Curve Hero, based on the recare tags.
About
A recare tag is critical to the recare reports and a Curve GRO Recare Campaign. It can also indicate if the patient is scheduled or not for their recare appointment by referring to the color of Recare in the patient's Sidekick. For a more thorough understanding of Recare and Appointment Tags, please visit Understanding Recare and Appointment Tags.
Topics covered in this quick guide:
- Section 1 - Setting up Recare Tags
- Section 2 - Attaching Recare to a Patient
- Section 3 - Recare Functionality
Section 1 - Setting up Recare Tags
-
Recare tags are created and edited in Administration. Click
the More menu, then click
Administration.
-
Click Scheduling, then click
Tags and recare types.
-
Any existing recare tags display. Recare tags can be distinguished
from appointment tags in the Type column.
-
To view the editing options for existing tags, click the
More options menu.
-
The frequency is important to understand. Curve utilizes
it to generate the patient's next due date so they can be
rescheduled for their recare.
-
Create recare tags for any ongoing recare type that is done
at the office.
Section 2 - Attaching Recare to a Patient
-
With the correct patient at the top of the Sidekick, click
the summary arrow beside Recare to expand it, then
click Add recare.
-
A list of available recare tags comes up. Select the recare
type that fits this patient's needs.
-
The patient's recare is attached.
-
Green indicates the patient is scheduled for their recare
appointment.
-
Orange indicates the patient has their recare type selected
in the Sidekick, but they are not scheduled.
-
Red indicates the patient is overdue for their recare.
-
Black indicates the patient needs their recare type attached.
-
Change the color of the Recare by manually changing
the recare due date, or scheduling or removing a recare appointment.
Section 3 - Recare Functionality
-
The recare tag in the patient's Sidekick can be pulled onto
the schedule and it becomes their recare appointment.
-
When it is dropped onto the schedule, the appointment will
be tagged with the patient's recare type.
-
If the recare tags have procedures attached, the procedures
will populate into the recare appointment.
-
When the appointment is checked out, the next recare due
date will generate in the Sidekick.
-
Right click on the recare tag in the patient's Sidekick.
-
Click Go To Due Date.
-
The Scheduler has jumped to the patient's due date.
