This quick guide outlines the options available in the Practice Settings module.
Zendesk's Help Center editor (Guide) prefers clean, semantic HTML. It often strips out deprecated tags like
and handles spacing better through CSS classes or simple
tags rather than multiple
tags.
Here is the cleaned-up version of your code. I have replaced the deprecated
tags with standard headers and ensured the anchor links will function
correctly within a Zendesk article.

There are two sections within the Practice Settings module:
- Practice Settings: Use this section to update the practice name, website, image, avatar color, and password reset frequency schedule.
- Practice Details: Modify clinic information, view third-party vendors (including Bluefin), and update banking details.
Section 1 - Practice Settings
- The Practice settings section includes the practice name, timezone, password reset frequency schedule, and website information.

Section 2 - Practice Details
There are three tabs within the Practice details section:
