Description
This quick guide outlines the steps required to add a user-generated task in the Smart Action List module within Curve GRO.
About
Tasks added in the Smart Action List section can be used as a reminder for users to complete a task by a specific date. These tasks are generated by, and can be self-assigned to, any user in a clinic that is appointed to the Work on Smart Action List permission. For more information about Curve GRO permissions, refer to the quick guide, Curve GRO Permissions Overview.
Note
A user-generated task is a task that is manually created by a user. This differs from a task that can be added to a reminder campaign. If a task is added to a reminder campaign, the task will be automatically triggered anytime an appointment is added or updated in Curve Hero. For more information about reminder campaigns, refer to the quick guide, Adding a Reminder Campaign in Curve GRO.
