- When the payment request process completes, the Payment Requests Complete dialog box will display and includes the number of payment requests that were successfully sent as well as the number of payment requests that failed.
- To close the Payment Requests Complete dialog box, click the Close button.
- The responsible parties will receive an email and/or text message according to the Responsible Party (RP) Settings included within the Patient notifications section in Curve Hero (for more information, refer to the quick guide, Updating Curve Hero and Curve GRO Patient Notification Settings).
Note: Payment requests are sent to the responsible party as opposed to the patient.
Note: Additional information about failed payment requests is included in Section 3 below.
Section 2 - Viewing a Responsible Party's Payment Request Sent via Email
- When a responsible party receives a payment request via email, the email will include a link which will direct the responsible party to Curve Go after it is clicked.
- Curve Go will open in a new browser tab and the responsible party must now enter their birthdate.
- To continue, the responsible party must click the Continue button.
- The details of the responsible party's payment will display.
- To continue, the responsible party must click the Pay Now button.
- The responsible party will be prompted to enter their payment information.
- To complete the payment, the responsible party must click the Pay amount button.
Note: The sender of the payment request email will be from noreply@yourdentalprovider.com.
Note: For convenience purposes, any family member's birthdate that is linked to the responsible party can be entered.
Note: If the pay later options have been enabled, they will appear alongside the option to pay via credit card.
Section 3 - Correcting Failed Payment Requests
- A payment request requires that the responsible party's profile has a valid email address (to receive payment request emails), a mobile number (to receive payment request text messages), and a date of birth (which must be entered to access the payment request in Curve Go). Omission of these items will result in a failed payment request.
- To view if the responsible party will receive an email and/or text message for a payment request, refer to the Responsible Party (RP) Settings included within the Patient notifications section in Curve Hero. Additional information is included in the quick guide, Updating Curve Hero and Curve GRO Patient Notification Settings.
Section 4 - Viewing Payment Request Information in the Correspondence Module
- After ensuring that the responsible party's account is loaded in Curve Hero, within the Sidekick, click Correspondence.
- The Correspondence module will display a list of the successful and failed payment request details for the responsible party.
