Description
This guide walk through all areas of the Administration module in Curve Hero as well as a few additional frequently used Curve features. Utilize it to understand what data was converted from the preliminary database to the live database and which areas will require additional set-up when the office goes live.
About
The guide begins at the top of the Administration Menu and moves through each drop-down, each of which is broken into a different section.
Other Features section provides set-up information for Notes, Note Templates, Form Templates, Prescriptions, and Curve GRO.

Note: For each section in the Administration menu, a table is provided which displays a list of the topics in that section, and indicates if the information transfers from a preliminary to a final database in Curve Hero.
Section 1 - Practice Information
- Much of the practice and clinic information will convert into the live Curve Hero database. Add as many of these details as possible prior to going live, and verify all the information is correct.

- The Patient Management section of Administration contains settings regarding the patient information that displays for use in Curve Hero. Also within this section are areas that determine how corresponding features work.

- Legacy fee guides will convert into Curve Hero. These can be edited or copied in the Fee Guide section of Administration. New fee guides can be added, and additional fee guides can be imported in this section as well.
*The fee guides displayed in this guide do not reflect those that exist in other databases. Each database has unique fee guides specific to the insurance plan fee guides utilized in their practice.

Section 15 - Curve GRO Settings
- This section determines the message(s) that will be sent in response to messages that are received outside of clinic hours, as well as the messages sent from the Forms section of the Sidekick containing the forms link.

- In additional to Administration setup, there are several items in the Scheduler that can be transferred into a live database. This allows for a recognizable schedule layout, and familiar color-coding as soon as practice goes live.

- The QuickMeds feature is utilized for printed prescriptions that are created and stored within Curve Hero. This section is only applicable for practices that do not have Rcopia for electronic prescriptions.
