What is Curve Capture?
Curve Capture is a local application that facilitates the secure capture and transmission of images or documents directly to the cloud.
Technical Definition
CurveCapture.exe is an executable program that enables hardware components (devices) to communicate with your web browser. It ensures data is transferred securely to the cloud using HTTPS and SSL protocols.
How it Works
Upon installation, the program operates as a Local WebSocket Server. It utilizes a localhost certificate to bridge the gap between local hardware and the Chrome browser, which then securely communicates with cloud-based web services.
