In Curve, you are not able to electronically type in the notes box on the invoice print out. However below are steps outlining a work around to assist you in making a professional looking invoice printout.
Steps
- First we will need to make a template in Microsoft Word to print a signature line or note on a specific place on paper. I have created an example that you can download to use here. Invoice Note Template
- This template is designed to work if you have turned off future appointments from printing on the Invoice. To disable future appointments go to Administration.
- Go to Print Configuration on the left.
- Select 'No' for Print Next Appointments.
- Print the template on several sheets of paper.
- Print your invoice. It should look like this:
- You might need to adjust your template based on your version of Microsoft Word. Once you've gotten it aligned the way you like you are ready to have notes print on your invoices!
