Description
Need to know what is happening with the ticket you submitted to Customer Services?
Steps
- Click on the blue triangle above the Sidekick and select View Tickets. Any open tickets being worked on will appear with a ticket number and a brief view of the title and other information.
- Check the status to see where Support is in the process of resolving your ticket. Here are some status examples and meanings:
- In Progress-Customer Service (We have received the ticket and are working on it.)
- In Progress-Customer (We have asked a question and are waiting on a response from you.)
- In Progress-Development (We had to forward the issue to the Development team to work on.)
- Awaiting CS Confirmation (The Development team has replied to our query and needs further information.)
- In Progress-Reported (We forwarded the issue to the Development team.)
- Click on a ticket to view dates, names, your original question, responses from Customer Services, or questions sent back to your office (which are also emailed to your office via the email we have on file).
If you do not see your ticket, it has been closed. Tickets are closed when we have responded to your ticket with a resolution.
- To view Closed tickets, click on \"Open Tickets\" at the top and select Closed tickets.
- Click on the ticket number and then the date of last response to view the resolution.
Note: If you click on a ticket and see \"Hmm... It looks like there are no public comments. Oh well...\", all of the work done on this ticket is internal only. For example, if you call in and receive your information or resolution over the phone, we will create a ticket as internal only so no other notes will be visible.
