There are two common issues that can cause this:
1. The appointment has already been marked as confirmed, in which case they will get a notice saying "The following appointment has already been confirmed."
2. The Appointment Confirmation type "Confirmed" has been deactivated. The way you know this is the patient will get an error saying "A problem was encountered while trying to confirm this appointment". To fix this, please see the Quick Guide titled "Text Message Reminder Error."
If neither of these are the case, please contact Curve's technical support at (888) 910-4376.
