Description
This quick guide describes how to set up an advanced user for Curve Support on CDAnet. This is required in order for Curve Support to download and install the digital certificate. For detailed instruction on how to do this, contact CDAnet.
Important
Every dentist must log in to CDAnet and ensure that permission has been granted for advanced users to download the claims certificate.
Associate dentists must also log in to CDAnet to grant permission in order to send claims for the provider in Curve Hero.

Steps

In any web browser, open the CDA Practice Support Services WebSite and log in.

In the top-level menu, click Administration.

Click the applicable office number.
Note: If there are multiple locations, it is critical that the correct office number is selected.

Click the Invite office staff button.

In the Choose office admin section, click the Yes option for the question: Is this a new office admin user?.

In Email field, enter customercare@curvedental.com. In the First name field, enter Curve. In the Last name field, enter Support.

Click the Next button.

In Step 2, select the office(s) that are to be connected with Curve Hero.

Click the Select a role drop-down menu.

In the drop-down list, click Advanced user.

In Step 3, click the Create invitation button.

The Admin name, Invitation code, and My offices will display.

The information on the webpage must be copied. To do this, drag the cursor over Admin name, Invitation code, and My offices, then right-click the highlighted text, and click Copy.

The copied information, as well as the following details, must be emailed to Curve Dental:
- To: customercare@curvedental.com
- Subject: Itrans/CDAnet Certificate
- Body: Provider's name as well as the information copied in step 13 above
Note: To open a draft email message that includes the To and Subject information above, click this link. If the link does not work as expected, manually create a new email.

In the open CDAnet webpage, click the Back to Offices button.

In the Office admins section, within the Curve Support row, verify that Advanced user is selected in the drop-down menu.

In the CDA Digital ID section, verify that the Office owners and admins can download option is selected.

Click the Save button.

Important: Each dentist must sign in and provide the new Curve Support user with download rights.

In any web browser, open the CDA Practice Support Services WebSite and log in.

In the CDA Digital ID section, verify that the Office owners and admins can download option is selected.

Important: Every dentist, both owner and associates, must give permission for admins to download certificates. Each associate dentist will need to log in to CDAnet and grant this permission.
Note: If an office recently registered with iTrans, there is an initial 7-day window during which the provider is being set up with all of the payers. Claims will not go out during this period.
