Patient Education has never been easier than with Hero!
There are two different ways to view Education videos in Curve Hero.
-
The first is to left click on 'Education' in the Sidekick and you will have the option to Select Category for which videos you want to see.

- Restoration is the default video option, you can left click on Restoration at the top of the video to change the category of education videos.
-
In the upper left corner of the video screen will be a more menu to select other videos for the education category selected.

-
The other way to view the Educational videos in Curve is to left click on the arrow next to Education in the Sidekick and then select the category you wish to view and the video in those categories.

- When you left click on the video it opens in a new window to display this video and the left and right arrows are located at the bottom to scroll through the videos as well as the option to view a full screen and lower or raise the volume.
There is another feature available when viewing the educational videos here which is not available when you left click on the 'Education' module in the Sidekick. This is the option to email the videos to a patient for them to view at home.
- You can select the different videos for the selected category in the upper left corner of the video player screen.
- In the lower right hand corner of the video screen you will see the options to Send to Patient and Close Player.
- When you left click on Send to Patient an email will be sent to the patient with a link to Login and view any videos they wish.
-
If the patient profile does not have a valid email address entered and you left click on Send to Patient an error will appear in red at the upper left hand corner of the Curve website.

The email the patient receives will indicate the office which sent the email and a link 'Log Me In'. When the patient clicks on this link a new website will open and allow them to view this and any other video.
