Forgot Password

You can click on 'Forgot Password?' on the login screen to quickly assist you with updating your password.

 

The Forgot Password link can be used when you forget your password or you need to reset the initial password that your administrator has set.

  1. On the login screen, click on 'Forgot Password?'.

  2. A box will appear asking you to enter your username. Enter the username and click on Submit. Curve Dental will check to see if the patient is active and has a unique email address.
    Note: If you do not have an email address, or the system has a duplicate email in place, you may get an error message.

  3. A screen will appear telling the user to check their email. A link will be sent to the email address that is listed for the user in User Management.

    4. Hint: The user trying to reset the password must have an email address entered in User Management. If no email address exists, an administrator can update the account. The email address must be valid to access the reset link.
  4. In the email, click on the link. This will take you to a page to reset the password.

  5. In the New Password field, enter the password.
    • At least 8 characters
    • One capital letter
    • One lower case letter
    • One number
    • One special character (Example: Hero@2015)
  6. Enter the password a second time in the Confirm Password field.
