Description
The quick guide demonstrates how to add a non-payment from insurance, and demonstrates why it is important.
About
An insurance plan may process a claim then not pay for any of the procedures. The non-payment needs to be added to the invoice so the balance will move to the patient and the reports will accurately reflect the outstanding balances.
