Description
In order to prescribe a prescription in Curve Hero, the user must have the user permission 'Prescriptions' added to their profile in Administration.
Steps
To add a permission to a user, you must be assigned as an Admin user. If you do not have access to Administration, work with your Office Manager or Dentist to get the Prescription permission added to your account.
- Click on More Menu located in the top right of the Sidekick and select Administration.
- Select User Management from the list on the left side of the screen.
- Select User Directory from the drop-down menu.
- Find the User to add the permission to, and either double click on their name or click the three dot menu on the right side of their name and select View Profile.
- Under the Roles section, click the Edit button on the right side.
- Click the box next to Clinician Provider, and then click Save in the top right corner to add these permissions to the User.
- Before access to these new permissions is granted, the user must log out of Curve Hero and then log back in.
Note: This permission will not apply to the option to launch Rcopia for Electronic Prescriptions.
